University Study Gallery Request

Harvard Art Museums staff are available to assist faculty (or teaching fellows) with object selection. Installations are usually planned at least one semester in advance, but it is sometimes possible to accommodate requests received during the semester in which the objects are needed.

Upon receipt of your request, Museums staff will be in touch. Please note that space in the University Study Gallery is limited and not all objects may be available for display.
