The print show two black panels bordered in white. A widely spaced pattern of stars covers the black surface of both panels. The right panel shows a page from The New York Times newspaper for January 1, 2014, portions of the text have been replaced with square and rectangles of black with a widely spaced pattern of black dots. The name has been partially obscured by a mailing label.
