Descriptions

Description
Painted plain weave cotton duck canvas fragment with two diagonal (with respect to the canvas weave) passages of crimson paint at opposite corners. The canvas is unprimed, heavy weight cotton duck and the edges are knife cut. The painted corners are the same color and both are brush applied. One of the painted corners is more matte than the other.
