Description
Large metal shears. The black coating on the handle is significantly chipped. Paint splatters and other residue are evident on the handle. The blades show signs of corrosion. The pivot point pin is stamped and reads " R. HEINISCH INVENTOR / NEWARK. N.J. USA"
