Executed on Pace Gallery announcement for Mikus show (May 13 - June 1, 1963, Pace Gallery, Boston), folded three times lengthwise and five times crosswise. Sent to David Smith, Bolton Landing, New York, New York, 3rd class (postmarked May 5, 1963)
