Five figures kneeling on the ground looking up at a scene in a cloud above them

At lower center, a bearded man and a woman at left sit on the ground looking up in surprise. Beside him at center right, a robed man kneels, looking at him, raising his hand and gesturing at a cloud directly above them in a dark sky. Two men behind him kneel looking up at it. In the cloud is a scene in which a figure at left with a long flowing beard stands with light radiating out from him. He looks at a man at right who lies in a bed with an astonished expression, his hair standing straight up.
