A young boy’s head, emerging from clouds, is depicted from below in red chalk. His face is scrunched as if he is about to blow.

A young boy’s head is depicted from below in red chalk. His features are extremely foreshortened from the perspective of looking up from beneath him. His neck emerges from loosely drawn clouds. The boy’s face is scrunched up and his cheeks swollen as if he is about to blow out a long breath. His hair dances in loose tendrils in the wind. The drawing is very carefully worked up, although hatched lines on the boy’s chin and in the clouds are still visible.
