A small illustrated plastic case containing twp joined electrical plugs

A small, thin, rectangular, plastic case has a printed illustration showing in its clear lid. The illustration is a diagram of numbered lines that run parallel vertically, and bend toward the top and bottom to intersect diagonally with each other. The title of the piece and the name of the artist is printed on the diagram, with the letters appearing individually in between the intersecting lines. Inside the case, on the red plastic tray is white two-pronged electrical plug which is attached by a short cord to a black lastic electrical plug.
