Descriptions
- Description
- Open bowl-like skyphos decorated on each side with same design: three metope shapes defined by three vertical lines; in the central metope, a bird facing right with hatched design on the body; in the left and right metopes, a hatched diamond shape. A pendant lozenge hangs from the lip of the vessel behind the bird's head. Three painted lines form a groundline for the geometric arrangement in this reserve panel between the handles.
