PhotographsThe black and white photograph is printed as a photographic negative, light spaces are dark, dark spaces are light. A man and woman with light faces and hair face one another in the center of the photograph, above them is a larger transparent image of a woman, her face is dark with light around the eyes, lips and hair. To the right of the couple is a foldable step ladder, there is a railing along a low wall behind them, there are two transparent vertical rectangles to either side of the couple.
