The black and white print shows a woman on the left facing right. To her right are a group of men facing right carrying a flag with three vertical stripes. Of the three only the figure on the right is fully visible, the tops of two hats are visible as well as the barrels of two rifles. The background is black on the right with a large white space in the center and a gray shaded area on the left. There are black bars with hooks on the left.
