Descriptions

Description
Obverse has female figure with wings and olive branch. Reverse has man with plow, crosses marking graves in background. Society of Medalists Fourteenth Issue. The Fogg owns another cast of this medal, 1943.1657.14, and there are casts in the Metropolitan Museum and the Smithsonian.
