432 Fragment of a Dragon Figure
Light brown and cream-colored translucent jade. The body, covered with plastic spirals, forms a simple curve; beyond the middle—roughly indicated by a perforation—it is cut off to haphazardly pointed shape. The head, with its closed mouth, appears to belong with the type showing an axe-shaped lower jaw. Late Eastern Chou.
