287 Small Fish with Hooked Beak
Originally greenish-colored jade, now calcified chalk-white, with earth and cinnabar adhering to the surface. The head, especially the nose, resembles a bird’s. The fins are striated; the broad tail fin forms an oblique edge. Early Western Chou(?).
