203 Small Trapezoidal Knife
Mottled, olive-greenish jade with whitish markings. The evenly thin blade is beveled on both sides toward a blunt edge. Along the back of the blade are three conical perforations, all drilled from the same side. On the reverse is an inscription in Small Seal characters engraved by a collector of later times (see Introduction, section on inscriptions). Western Chou(?).
