594 Ornate Ring-Disk
Pale green, blackish brown, and russet jade with minor flaws at the margin. The disk, perforated conically from one side, is decorated with an incised and slightly modeled pattern of two bands with pairs of facing, simplified bird heads on a cross-hatched ground. The bird heads on the band along the outer rim interlock with, and touch back to back those projecting from the band around the inner rim. Han or later.
