On the side of the coin on the left is the bust of a woman facing right, curly tendrils of hair combed high in the front and intricately braid in the back, loose clothing draped around shoulders; surrounding the border, small dots and the Latin characters: D O M I T I A / A V G / I M P / D O M I T I A N / A V G / G E R M. The other side of the coin depicts a peacock walking facing right, long tail feathers extend from its back, wings closed by its side, head raised with crested feathers protruding from the top; surrounding the border, small dots and the Latin characters: C O N C O R D I A / A V G V S T.
