Inscribed, verso: Robert Balmano 23 Morrington Place Regents Park / at Mr Lloyd's 2d Sale at Sothebys 11 Dec: 1820 12/- for 3 & the portrait by Edelinck. Presumably the other two of the "3" were the Venus and Ceres that complete the set.
