Obv.: Laureate bust of Marcus Aurelius r. in cuirass and paludamentum.
Rev.: River god Hippurios nude to loins, himation over lower limbs, recumbent l., holding in r. hand a long reed, and on l. arm cornucopiae; behind him is an inverted vase, from which water flows; all in border of dots.
