Obv.: Bust of Roma l., wearing plumed helmet and holding shield in l. hand and spear over shoulder in r. hand; above, crescent; behind, ROMA upwards; before, mark of value (XVI in monogram). Border of dots.
Rev.: Voting scene: one voter on l. of pons (bridge) receives ballot from attendant (below), another voter on r. of pons places ballot in cista; above, P.NERVA (NE in ligature); at top, bar on which stands tablet with letter P. Border of dots.
