Arbeitsbäckerei: Coöperative Societies, Austria: Aussiger Arbeiter Backerei, Aussig.: This Society annually furnishes over 3000.000 lbs. of bread to its members. It does not aim at big profits or high dividends. In addition to collecting a good reserve fund, it distributes 10% of the profits to its employes in proportion to their wages, and besides a 2% dividend to members it makes substabtial [sic] grants to trades-unions, workingmen's convalescent homes, and to the special sick pay and pension fund for its own people.
