Descriptions

Description
Blue band with red border terminates in pendant containing a red flower. Blue band decorated with flowers in medallions separated by additional plant motifs. Red square contains four gold squares marked by green rectangles.
Commentary
The four gold squares may represent an abstracted jeweled cross.
