Artist Demonstration: 16th-Century Leaf Printing

Using Albrecht Dürer’s Rhinoceros woodcut as her palette, curator Marjorie (Jerry) Cohn shows how botanical leaf prints would have been inked and printed in the 16th century. Dürer’s Rhinoceros was on view as part of the exhibition Prints and the Pursuit of Knowledge.
