Community

The Art Museums’ audience extends well beyond the Harvard community. We welcome a wide range of visitors, from local families to adult learners to international tourists. Guided tours are available Tuesday–Friday to introduce the casual visitor to the varied collections.

We are currently developing special partnerships with local hospice organizations, Centro Latino, and public libraries in Cambridge and Allston. Such collaborations stimulate new thinking about how art experiences may nurture the spirit, build community, and support lifelong learning.

Public programs such as lectures, symposia, gallery talks, concerts, and family days are offered at little or no cost to participants. Check out our calendar to find programs that spark your interest.
