- Description
- This unfinished painting was probably intended to serve as a frontispiece for a manuscript. The scene depicts Solomon seated on a hexagonal throne, surrounded by his court which includes angels, real and fanciful animals, jinns (demons), and courtiers, one of whom offers him a book.
