Flared white vase with blue painted dragon decoration

This white porcelain vase has a round base that grows narrower near the top. Its middle section is rounded, and its cylindrical upper section flares out dramatically at the top. Each section of the vase is painted with blue dragons. They have long snakelike bodies, beards, and clawed feet. The background around each dragon is filled with wave shapes in much lighter blue. The inside of the vase is pure white with blue feather shapes radiating out all the way around the rim.
