Sharon Black, Director of Planning Operations, Harvard Business School, Harvard University

We’re delighted to offer an exclusive tour of the Schwartz Art Collection at the Harvard Business School with Sharon Black. Art collector Gerry Schwartz (Harvard MBA ’70) stated in 1998 that “artistic presence was the only thing missing at the Harvard Business School [HBS] when I went there. I wanted to change that.” A firm believer that art promotes creative thinking, Schwartz made it his priority to liven up the halls of HBS, which led to the creation of an impressive collection of modern and contemporary art. Join us and discover this hidden gem.

Participation is free, but space is limited and registration is required. Harvard Treasures is a members-only series that explores the university’s architectural riches and art holdings beyond the Harvard Art Museums. To learn more about membership and to register for the tour, email am_membership [at] harvard [dot] edu or call 617-495-4544.
