Around Antique: Works on Paper

The Harvard Art Museums' collections of works on paper are strong in objects associated with the ancient world. This talk will explore works in the installation Around Antique: Prints, Drawings, and Photographs, including drawings after classical sculptures, photographs of temple ruins, and prints of mythological figures such as Hercules. Around Antique is one of a series of rotating thematic installations on display in conjunction with the ongoing exhibition Re-View. On view May 14–September 4, 2010 at the Harvard Art Museums/Arthur M. Sackler Museum.
Free with the price of admission. Open to the public.
Gallery talks are informal and include discussion.
